working with an architectural firm, we will be glad to
work with them. If you are not working with someone let
us design, draft and engineer a set of plans for you.
Almost all of the homes we build are designed in-house.
We provide our design, drafting and engineering services
to our clients at a rate that is often 50% to 60% less
than that of an architect or design firm. Many factors
go into the design of a home, one factor that we always
pay close attention to is the cost of construction. Many
architects and design firms pay little attention to this
aspect of design resulting in higher than expected
construction costs.

Our construction experience
dates back to1987 and we have been serving the Tampa
Bay
market since Courter Homes was founded in 1997. Our
attention to quality and our exceptional customer
